Step-by-step guidance for post-BBL recovery, safe return to the gym, and long-term results — so you heal properly, avoid mistakes, and keep the shape you paid for.

I started my fitness journey at 17, quickly developing a passion for the gym and training 4–5 days a week. My goal was to build a “slim thick” physique—growing my lower body while keeping a balanced upper body.
Like many women, it took years of trial and error to find what truly worked. Along the way, I gained not only physical results but also the knowledge and discipline that shaped my training approach.
A few years in, I began coaching women with similar goals through workout guides and personal training. Helping others transform their bodies and build confidence became something I genuinely loved.
At 22, after naturally building a small waist and strong glutes, I chose to get a BBL due to my natural hip structure and hip dips—something that can’t be significantly changed through training alone.
After surgery, I noticed a lack of resources combining fitness and proper post-op care. So I created this platform to provide clear, honest guidance for women looking to recover safely, maintain their results, and return to the gym with confidence.
